技術名稱: 高分子材料多尺度模擬技術

技術簡介

本技術是結合數個物理模型所發展可以處理微觀、介觀與巨觀的多尺度高分子材料設計平台

Abstract

This technology focuses on developing a prediction tool to rapidly predict polymer materials and a material design technique by using Multi-scale simulation. It consists of some simulation tools and a simulation platform. The simulation tool can carry out the simulation of rheological dynamics, interfacial dynamics, phase separation etc.

提供不同尺度的研發工具,包含粗視化分子動力法、流變動態模擬法、動的平均場,探討表面界面分散特性、分散性構造模擬以及QSPR材料物性預測技術

技術特色

提供多尺度材料模擬技術,帶動材料開發新模式,縮短材料開發試誤的時程,特色為(1) 系統篩選速度快速且模擬彈性度高,有效降低試誤的次數(2) 強化創新研發及研提能力,形成技術諮詢服務模式,建立合作伙伴關係。

應用範圍

可應用於高分子複合材料、高功能性高分子材料、光電用高分子材料、生醫用高分子材料、合膠系統、發泡材驗證設計。
