技術名稱: PSA型液晶分析鑑定及純化技術

技術簡介

本技術主要乃針對TFT-LCD用之PSA型液晶進行分析鑑定及純化。其中,在分析鑑定部分,本技術可針對PSA型液晶中關鍵的RM材料進行準確的鑑定及定量分析;而在純化部分,本技術可在短時間內將PSA型液晶之阻值提高至大於 1.0 x 1014 Ωcm且不改變其配比成分和物性,回收率大於95%。目前經本技術處理後之PSA型液晶已通過數家面板廠的產品可靠度測試,且整體技術已達量產階段,尤其是純化產量達3 Kg/day。

技術特色

本技術針對PSA型液晶建立完整之分析鑑定及純化程序,使面板廠內使用過之PSA型液晶經過本技術處理可符合原廠規格並再利用於原生產線。其中,不僅針對RM含量的鑑定及定量分析之準確度高,對PSA型液晶之純化具備高效率及高回收率之特色。
