技術名稱: 高性能澱粉基熱塑性複合材料

技術簡介

本技術以價廉容易取得的工業澱粉為原料,透過熱可塑澱粉耐溫改質、介面相容結構、增韌結構設計,開發可應用於3C產品之高性能澱粉基生質複合材料質複材。

技術特色

為本土化之生質合膠材料,其中 Bio-mass Plastics 為來源廣泛且價格便宜之Starch Plastic,含量大於25%,符合日本生物塑膠(Bio-mass Plastics, BMP)認證標章,可降低石油基材料之消耗,減緩地球暖化。

應用範圍

可應用於訴求減碳節能之ICT Housing 及其週邊產品用塑膠材料如個人電腦(桌上型、攜帶型)及電腦螢幕、電視、數位電視盒、手持式產品(手機、PDA、MID、Digital Camera…)等產品
