技術名稱: 網印UV型導光板油墨

技術簡介

LED平面光源以LED光條側光搭配導光板轉換成平面光源結構,最具競爭性。然而台灣目前使用的導光板油墨皆為溶劑型油墨,需耗費大量能源烘乾,並且亦有大量溶劑揮發,污染環境。本研究透過實驗設計法篩選單體、寡聚物、光學微粒與添加劑種類,探討對油墨物性、流變性與光學性質之影響。開發出高均勻導光效率之網印UV型艷消/艷出油墨

Abstract

An environmental friendly light-guide plate ink based on the formulation of UV-type monomers, resins, additives, photoinitiators has been developed, and the optical properties of the ink are tune by optical particles size/distribution control. High efficiency and uniformity plate-lighting was got with screen printing UV-type light-guide ink.

技術規格

艷消油墨 - 穿透率< 25 %(400 ~ 700 nm@ 10 mm) - 霧度 > 60@ 10 mm - 光澤度 < 10@60。 - 黏度:6000 ~ 12,000 cps @ 25℃ 艷出油墨 - 穿透率 > 75 %(400 ~ 700 nm@ 10 mm) - 霧度 < 35@10 mm) - 光澤度 > 90@60。

Technical Specification

Scatterning ink - Transparency < 25 %(400 ~ 700 nm@ 10 mm) - Haze > 60@ 10 mm - Gloss < 10@60。 - Viscosity:6000 ~ 12,000 cps @ 25℃ Transparent ink - Transparency > 75 %(400 ~ 700 nm@ 10 mm) - Haze < 35@10 mm) - Gloss > 90@60。

透過UV型單體、寡聚物、樹脂配製與添加光學微粒,調控油墨光學性質,提升導光板出光效率,解決油墨VOCs排放問題,達到國際綠色製程之要求
