技術簡介

反應蒸餾技術是將化工反應與分離程序結合成一單元中進行。例如傳統酯化反應因受化學平衡反應影響，轉化率無法提高，應用反應蒸餾技術可突破轉化率受到限制。除此之外，反應蒸餾技術亦可降低了設備投資成本和生產的成本。本技術提供醋酸甲酯、醋酸丙酯、醋酸丁酯、 己二酸二甲酯等反應蒸餾酯化產品。

Abstract

Reactive distillation technology combined the chemical reaction and separation procedures into one unit. The conversion of conventional esterification reaction is constrained due to chemical equilibrium. The application of reactive distillation technology can overcome the limit. In addition, the reactive distillation techniques also reduce the cost of equipment investment and operation costs. For this we provide the producing technique of methyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate and dimethyl adipate by reactive distillation process.
