技術名稱: 醣類的分離方法

技術簡介

本發明提供之醣類的分離方法,以金屬鹽與有機酸混合形成混合液,以該混合液溶解纖維質生質物,形成溶液;混合水與溶液以水解纖維質生質物,形成醣類溶液;混合萃取劑與醣類溶液,萃取出醣類溶液中的有機酸;以及離子排斥分離出醣類溶液中的金屬鹽,以獲得醣類。

Abstract

Disclosed is a method of separating carbohydrate, including: mixing metal salts and organic acid to form a mixing liquid. The method also includes dissolving a cellulose biomass by the mixing liquid to form a solution, mixing water and the solution to hydrolyze the cellulose biomass for forming a carbohydrate solution, and mixing an extractant and the carbohydrate solution to extract the organic acid out of the carbohydrate solution. The metal salt is separated out of the carbohydrate solution by ion exclusion separation to obtain a carbohydrate.

技術規格

水解纖維質生質物形成之酸、醣及鹽類混合溶液,以萃取劑及離子排斥法進行醣類分離純化,其中有機酸可完全去除,還原醣純度>85%,還原醣回收率>95%。

Technical Specification

The reducing sugars can be separated from the mixing solution of organic acid, salt, and reducing sugars by using solvent extraction and ion exclusion chromatography. The purity and recovery of reducing sugars can be greater than 85% and 95%, respectively.

本項技術有效分離纖維質水解液中酸、醣及鹽類,且具有提升還原醣純度及高回收率之特色,後續並可將酸及鹽類回收再使用

水解醣類可取代現有糖蜜用途,可作為於醣衍生產業之原料,用於產製生質燃料(生質醇類)或其他化學品
