技術名稱: 應用於一風力發電機之輪轂冷卻裝置及其方法

技術簡介

一種輪轂冷卻裝置,其包含有:ㄧ循環風扇組;一導風模組;其中,該輪轂冷卻裝置係應用於一風力發電機,該風力發電機具有ㄧ輪轂、ㄧ轉軸、ㄧ機艙與複數個葉片,該輪轂係設於該機艙的一端,該輪轂係相通該機艙,該輪轂具有ㄧ輪轂鼻端,該些葉片係耦接於該輪轂遠離該機艙的一端,該些葉片係選擇性相對轉動於該輪轂,該轉軸係設於該機艙中,並且該轉軸的一端係耦接該輪轂,該轉軸係與該輪轂連動,該循環風扇組係設於該輪轂之輪轂鼻端中,該導風模組係設於該機艙中,並且與該轉軸連動。

Abstract

A hub cooling apparatus has a circulating fan module and a wind guiding module; wherein the hub cooling apparatus is adapted to a wind power generator, the wind power generator has a nacelle, a hub installed at an end of the nacelle, the hub having a hub nose, multiple blades coupled to the hub at an end away from the nacelle, a main shaft installed in the nacelle and coupled the hub, the main shaft operating together with the hub, the circulating fan module installed in the hub nose of the hub and operating together with the hub, the wind guiding module installed in the nacelle and operating together with the main shaft.

一種創新風力機輪轂通風冷卻裝置, 其包含一無馬達驅動螺旋徑向式通風循環風扇、一雙皮帶輪傳動冷卻組及一通風冷卻導引結構。

1.可因應實際空氣溫度狀況作最適當節能、補強及預防性控制之更佳機艙通風冷卻效果。 2.具有良好的空氣過濾功能及模組化與維修設計,增加電控元件使用壽命及減少維運成本。 3.可因應需求彈性配置多組自然進氣或排氣通風冷卻,可提高風力機機艙內部空氣之通風冷卻能力,故可提高其通風冷卻功能,減少電控元件熱氣過於集中過熱且降低故障率。 4.利用熱傳與空氣正負壓、迎風導風進氣及防水特性設計配置,可提高通風冷卻效益及機艙內電控元件使用壽命及減少維運成本。

極適合應用於要求可靠度高且維修性高之大型風力發電產業上。
