技術簡介
本專利提供一種醣產物之製備方法，以固體觸媒與有機酸混合形成混合液；加入纖維質生質物至該混合液中，以進行水解反應，獲得醣產物。
Abstract
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for preparing a sugar is provided. The method includes mixing organic acid and a solid catalyst to form a mixing solution, adding a cellulosic biomass to the mixing solution to proceed to a dissolution reaction, and adding water to the mixing solution to proceed to a hydrolysis reaction to obtain a sugar.

農、林廢棄物可作為料源用於生產纖維素醣，在常壓下，反應溫度40-110℃，反應時間小於8小時，總還原醣產率大於80％
