技術名稱: 酚化物製備方法

技術簡介

本發明之一實施例,提供一種酚化物之製備方法,包括下列步驟:提供一木質素解聚產物;以及於氧化鐵與氫氣存在下,對該木質素解聚產物進行氫化反應,以製備一酚化物。

Abstract

In an embodiment of the invention, a method for preparing a phenol compound is provided. The method includes providing a lignin depolymerization product, and hydrogenating the lignin depolymerization product under iron oxide and hydrogen to prepare a phenol compound.

技術特色

利用本專利觸媒粉體低比熱與粒徑低特性,增加觸媒與反應物接觸面積,並可藉由觸媒優良熱傳性質,快速吸收或移除反應物因氫裂或氫解之熱量,避免系統中能量迅速累積或逸散,造成產物選擇率不佳,提高酚的選擇率,該觸媒於反應結束後,可以磁選方式,進行產物與觸媒分離。
