沉積磁性薄膜於藍光LED上,操作電流在120 mA下光輸出功率可提升8 %;操作電流在500 mA下能改善效率衰退效應3%
Technical Specification
At 120 mA , output power of 450 nm LED with magnetic films is enhanced by 8 %, compared with STD LED.
At 500 mA , droop effect of 450 nm LED with magnetic films is improved by 3 %, compared with STD LED.
技術特色
Without changing the LEDs epitaxial structure. The magnetic thin films are easy to integrate LED process.
