深紫外光發光二極體可應用水、空氣殺菌淨化應用，擁有節能、無毒、殺菌效率高、易整合至應用產品之優點。

Abstract

Deep UV LED can use for water purification and air disinfection. The advantages are mercury-free, leading themselves to an array of designs and hold the promise of long life, high efficiency for disinfection and environmentally friendly end-of-life disposal.
