技術名稱: 模組品質與壽命提升技術

技術簡介

本計畫之目的為創造國內太陽光電之使用與發展,建立技術以及促進產業的形成。藉由本計畫的執行,一方面可達到開創國內再生能源產業的興起,促成社會大眾綠色環保與永續發展意識的觀念。另一方面,並配合政府再生能源政策,研發出高效率、低成本,適合量產的太陽能光電關鍵性共通基礎與應用技術,帶動及輔導相關產業興起,使我國的產品具有國際競爭力。本計畫全程計畫四年,本年度為第一年計畫,計畫主軸包括有低耗能源件技術開發、高可靠度模組技術開發、高發電量系統技術開發、以及國際合作與產業推動。本報告針對:高可靠度模組技術開發分項計畫的子項計畫模組品質與壽命提升技術開發為研究重點,最終達成,模組品質與壽命提升技術開發,建立封裝材料與矽晶、薄膜模組衰退率預測模型及縮短測試時程≧30%。

Abstract

The purpose of this program includes enhancing domestic photovoltaic (PV) power utilization, establishing novel PV-related technologies and promoting domestic PV industry. By way of executing the program, on one hand, the domestic renewable-energy industry as well as the public’s green-energy concept could be promoted. On another hand, together with the government’s policy on renewable energy, the execution of this program also helps to boost the domestic PV-related industry through developing high conversion-efficiency and low-cost key techniques. The sustained developing keeps the domestic products competent in the global PV market. This is the first year of the total four-year program. The major contents of the program are low energy-consumption solar cell technology development, high reliability PV module development, high power-generating PV system development, PV industry development and international PV cooperation. This report focus on the sub-project titled as “high reliability PV module development” will accomplish the following targets: promoting quality and lifetime of PV module, developing the sealing material, establish decay–model, reducing ≧30% of testing-time.
