技術名稱: 數位雷射掃描顯微鏡(DLSM)技術

技術簡介

以光學頭技術,開發具有光學顯微及雷射掃描取像功能之小型數位化顯微影像系統,可提供多方面生醫檢測之應用,或是作為生物資訊即時即地的行動收集器。

Abstract

The digital laser scanning microscope (DLSM) applied in biomedical technology for detecting cell images is based on technique of optical pick-up head in EOL/ITRI. The characteristics of the DLSM are miniaturized, high image sensitivity and contrast, affordable, and function expandable for photon quantification, fluorescence lifetime.

光源: 波長405nm(生物掃描用)/655nm(定址用)雷射二極體; 物鏡: NA0.85(生物掃描用)/NA 0.6(定址用)雙非球面鏡; 影像感測器: Si APD(偵測頻譜從200nm到1000 nm); 掃描影像畫素: 每張影像為800 x 600畫素; 影像掃描速度: 每張影像不超過 7秒;

Laser sources: 405nm(sampling)/655nm(address) wavelength laser diode; Objective lens: NA0.85(sampling)/NA 0.6(address) dual aspherical lenses; Image detector: Si APD(spectral response from 200nm to 1000 nm); Image size per frame: 800 x 600 pixels; Frame rate: less than 7sec per frame

技術特色

本技術具有影像定址特色,檢測試片將address pattern與生物樣本結合在一起,利用定址功能可以根據使用者需求選取有興趣的區域進行掃描,可對影像進行重建、接續掃描、多波長融合等處理。

活體細胞長時間連續觀察、細胞篩檢、藥物開發、農畜業田野調查、偏遠地區/國家巡迴醫療、生醫研究教學
