技術名稱: 仿體製程與光學特性量測技術

技術簡介

本技術建立以玉米粉、利波貝、明膠等材料製作生物組織仿體之製造技術,並建立以雙積分球系統為基礎之仿體量測系統,以量測生物組織之穿透與反射率,再經由IAD模擬軟體,推算該組織之吸收係數(absorption coefficient) 與散射係數(reduced scattering coefficient);在未取得實際人體組織前,協助製作與人體組織性質相似之仿生組織。

Abstract

A quantitized phantom fabrication process using organic material such as scornstarch, lipovale, and porcine gel, etc. We also develop the optical property measurement system for tissue to botain the absorption coefficient and reduced scattering coefficient. It‘s helpful to design the tissue-mimicking phantom and biomedical devices.

定量化仿體製作技術可提供在尚未取得實際人體組織前,製作出與人體組織性質相似之仿生體供研究者使用。

應用範圍

除了可應用於檢測組織光學係數外,尚可應用在光學元件之穿透率等
