技術名稱: 光聲斷層影像系統設計/整合技術

技術簡介

本技術為建立具高穿透深度之陣列式光聲斷層掃描影像系統。光聲造影同時具備光學吸收對比及超音波空間解析度的優點,突破傳統光學影像探測深度之限制。本技術與現有臨床超音波影像系統之相容性高,結合兩者有機會創造嶄新的診療應用價值。

Abstract

To aid doctors accurately screening the precursor of early breast cancer (i.e., microcalcification), the photoacoustic (PA) tomography imaging system is developed. This technology takes advantages of high optical absorption contrast and high ultrasonic imaging resolution that can enhance detection depth of image. It can integrated with existing US system without great modification of its hardware and software.

波長範圍:410~1064 nm,能量:100mJ。影像解析度 (同US成像系統),軸向解析度:0.38 mm @2cm depth,橫向解析度:0.39 mm @2cm depth。掃描速度:1 frames/sec。PA/US Dual B-mode image

Image resolution (with US imaging system), the axial resolution: @ 2cm depth of 0.38 mm, lateral resolution: 0.39 mm @ 2cm depth. Scanning speed: 1 frames / sec (limited to existing laser). PA/US Dual B-mode image

技術特色

本技術提供光聲斷層造影掃描技術,具有高解析度、高穿透深度、無需大幅改變醫師使用模式及無輻射之風險。可應用於乳癌、鈣化性肌腱炎(五十肩)、頸動脈鈣化之診斷。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

可調波長奈秒脈衝雷射(波長:410~1064 nm,能量:100mJ)、 可輸入觸發訊號之超音波成像系統、醫用線性陣列探頭(5MHz, 7.5MHz)。

因本技術包含雷射及超音波系統,需具備此相關基本技術之廠商較為恰當。
