技術簡介
本足型光療裝置主要整合有機電發光材料與元件技術、軟性親膚基板與封裝材料技術以及薄型化微驅動控制技術,主要的特點為輕、低發熱量、可攜及舒適等。在開發有機電發光材料上,製作在 玻璃基板上的OLED元件,可做到發光面積為 34 mm × 20 mm,效率為 5.54 lm/W,其波峰波長在 624 nm 的紅光OLED元件。在薄型化電源驅動控制技術的AC/DC升壓型電源模組,開發出撘配OLED 光源的可調整輸出電壓範圍 4 ~ 7 伏特 (V)與大於 0.2 安培(A) 的輸出電流。此外,為了進一步提升足型光療裝置的生物親和性及照護效能,也同時在其內部使用無毒性柔軟與高透明的TPU薄膜。整合上述OLED光源、電路控制與親膚材料三項技術已設計兩種尺寸的可穿戴式足型光治療原型產品,提供可攜帶型促進傷口癒合醫療照護使用。本計畫中也同時驗證紅光OLED對高血糖傷口癒合之影響,發現 OLED光有助於促進一般燙傷傷口的癒合速度,但對高血糖傷口的促進癒合速度相對較慢。未來將有非常高的潛力可實現商品化,應用在治療一般或高血糖的足部傷口癒合。
Abstract
The phototherapy device for foot ulcer, which was integrated OLED light sources and a AC/DC switching control modules for wound healing applications. The advatanges of the phototherapy device is light, low heat generated and comfortable to apply to the phototherapy. In the development of the OLED light sources at 630 nm on glass substrates have been reached the efficacy of 5.54 lm/W with the size of 34 mm × 20 mm. The AC/DC switching control modules had an adjustable output voltage range of 4~7 Volts and an output current of 0.2 A for matching OLED light sources. A skin-friendly wound dressing TPU based film, which is with Soft, non-toxic and high light transmittance properties, was attached inside the devices to avoid inflection and enhanced healing. Two sizes of prototypes of the shoe-like wearable phototherapy devices by integrated with those three components above were designed. The healing effect of OLED on hyperglycemic wounds also was studied. Red light OLED had a great enhancement on the healing of normal burns but not so obviously on the healing of hyperglycemic wounds. The wearable phototherapy shoe-like devices might have a great potential to be commercialized used to enhance normal or diabetic foot wound healing.

技術特色
本技術整合的主要關鍵技術包括有:平面光源技術、醫材技術及薄型化的微驅動技術,者這三項關鍵技術的主要特性如下:
1.OLED為面光源技術,且發熱量低(元件溫度< 45 ℃),使其可貼近傷口進行光治療照射,因而不需太強的光源即可達到效果。
2.軟性TPU親膚材料不具生物毒性,使其可與皮膚或傷口直接接觸而無負面影響,並可提供光源與傷口的適度隔離避免傷口感染或沾黏污染。
3.薄型化微驅動控制技術,使OLED 光源與其搭配,可達到輕、薄、低發熱量、舒適、可攜帶的主要訴求,使產品更容易融入現有的照護體系。
