技術名稱: 骨盆約束壓迫止血套組

技術簡介

一種產後壓迫止血裝置,應用於臨床無法找出病因或藥物無法控制之產後子宮出血之止血。該裝置包含有一子宮可調式塑形加壓止血裝置(含墊片)、一往後拉扣式束帶,及一子宮頸加壓止血及引流裝置。主要根據人體工學及產後婦女子宮生理與物理特性,所開創利用子宮壓迫及止血原理治療產後出血之骨盆約束套組。該裝置綁住下腹部,並壓迫陰道,頂住子宮頸,促進血液凝固。

Abstract

One kind of postpartum hemostasis device is applied to stop postpartum bleeding. The device contains a pressurized hemostatic device (including rubber sheet), a belt, and a drainage device. This invention is based on uterine physiology and physical characteristics of women. The device is tied to the lower abdomen, withstood the cervix, promote blood clotting.

技術規格

1.一種骨盆約束套組,包含一加壓裝置以及一引流裝置。 2.加壓裝置包括一板體以及一帶體,該板體設有一凸部,該帶體具有相對之一第一端以及一第二端,該帶體係用以將該板體固定於一人體,且該凸部係朝向該人體。 3.引流裝置係用以設置於該人體內,該引流裝置具有一通道,該人體所產生之體液係由該通道流出該人體。

Technical Specification

A pelvic compression hemostasis device, which comprises: a compression apparatus and a drainage apparatus. The compression apparatus is configured with a plate and a belt, in which the plate has a protrusion, and the belt is used for fixing the plate to a human body while allowing the protrusion of the plate to face toward the human body. Moreover, the drainage apparatus that is designed to be positioned inside the human body is formed with a passage that is provided for drain body fluids out of the human body.

技術特色

1.全面性針對子宮週遭血管進行壓迫止血,此原理為目前證實有效之產後出血止血方式。 2.可簡易、快速組裝此單次使用裝置,用於緊急治療產後出血之用。 3.具有即時監控出血狀況之設計,提供醫師判斷病情之用。 4.腹部壓迫裝置設計有壓力計,以便醫生作為判斷施力狀況。

應用範圍

應用於臨床無法找出病因或藥物無法控制之產後子宮出血,包含: 1.子宮收縮不良,且藥物無法改善; 2.子宮或胎盤植入裂傷; 3.下產道裂傷; 4.凝血機能不良。
