技術名稱: 工具機動態特性分析與監測技術

技術簡介

轉子系統的重要元件(如轉承、軸封)在不同轉速與負載下,其剛性與阻尼並非定值,轉子動態分析提供可靠數據,協助機械設計人員了解設計是否符合要求。另外,根據工具機型式提供關鍵零件磨耗狀態監測與損壞類型辨識軟體設計。

Abstract

The stiffness and damping of rotor system’s key component are not constant under different rotational speeds and loads. Rotor dynamic analysis provides reliable data to help mechanical designers to understand whether the design meets the requirements or not. In addition, this system also provides the status monitoring and the fault diagnostic for key components of the machine tool.

技術規格

轉子動力模擬分析,提供臨界轉速分析、振型/振動量分析、軸承反力計算(軸承選用與調整);關鍵零組件狀態監測與剩餘壽命分析軟體。
