技術名稱: 網路伺服驅動晶片技術

技術簡介

建立向量空間弦波驅動晶片,且內含伺服控制迴路,比一般伺服晶片15us處理時間減少50%時間,使驅動晶片在相同時間下可計算更加複雜運算,具備功因控制模組,強化伺服驅動的能源利用與能量回收機制,增加網路傳輸模組,可縮短伺服命令傳輸時間,邁向多軸同動的目標。

Abstract

The vector space sine wave driving chip is built, and the servo control loop is included, which reduces the processing time by 15% compared with the general servo chip, so that the driving chip can calculate more complicated operations at the same time.It has a power factor control module, enhances the energy utilization and energy recovery mechanism of the servo drive, and increases the network transmission module, which can shorten the servo command transmission time and move toward multi-axis simultaneous motion.
