技術名稱: 主軸伺服驅動模組技術

技術簡介

建立全數位高響應主軸伺服驅動模組,提昇主軸馬達控制加減速的響應,減少主軸馬達加減速時間,相對提升產品的加工速度,增加產能,增加PWM切換模組,強化主軸馬達高低速不同轉速需求控制性能,具備學習機制,調整控制迴路增益值,因應不同加工條件,且將全數位化納入此模組中實現,提供國內工具機業者於伺服驅動之Total Solution,以防止全數位主軸控制系統被國外壟斷。

Abstract

Establish a full-digit high-response spindle servo drive module, improve the response of the spindle motor control acceleration and deceleration, reduce the spindle motor acceleration and deceleration time, relatively improve the processing speed of the product, increase the production capacity, and increase the PWM switching module.Strengthen the spindle motor high and low speed different speed demand control performance, have a learning mechanism, adjust the control loop gain value, in accordance with different processing conditions, and integrate the full digitization into this module,Provide domestic tool machine operators to the Total Solution of servo drive to prevent the whole digital spindle control system from being monopolized by foreign countries.

技術規格

設計高響應主軸伺服模組,將主軸馬達的加減速0~12000rpm降低至1sec以下,包含PWM可調技術,反覆式控制技術,高速能量洩放技術,並將技術建構在全數位運算單元上。
