技術名稱: 自動化量測裝置於馬達參數鑑別

技術簡介

以擾動觀察演算法為基礎,利用弦波訊號正交特性達到一次程序,即可完整鑑別馬達重要參數。此外為了有效的提升本鑑別演算法的收斂速度,本發明利用馬達兩個不同速度與加減速之相對關係,以線性代數與曲線擬合之技巧,以克服因迴授雜訊干擾所造成的鑑別誤差,求得粗略之馬達參數值,在將此值做為擾動觀察演算法之初始參數值,完成一自動、快速及精準之馬達系統參數鑑別。

Abstract

A method and system for measuring motor parameter which executes a linear analysis method according to input two different voltage signals such that obtains an approximate motor parameter. Then, the method or the system executes an iterative numerical analysis method according to the approximate motor parameter such that obtains an accurate motor parameter. Therefore, the method or the system can establish an accurate mathematical model of the motor according to the accurate motor parameter.

技術規格

本鑑別裝置之特點為僅需一次鑑別程序,即可將所需馬達參數之慣性係數(Inertia coefficient)、黏滯係數(Viscous coefficient)及庫倫摩擦力(Coulomb friction)鑑別完成,具有收斂快速與鑑別精準等良好特性。
