技術名稱: 機器人順應教導技術

技術簡介

‧具有順應教導之國產控制器,可用於多種機器人型態。 ‧僅利用伺服馬達編碼器,在不需額外增加任何感測元件下即能達成機器人直接教導技術。 ‧自動產生並最佳化教導路徑,展現機器人之優越控制能力。

Abstract

‧A Taiwan-developed robot controller with compliance teaching ability which can control various types of robots. ‧The lead-through technique has been established with encoders plus mathematical models of the robot arm, and no additional sensing elements are required. ‧Automatically generate and optimize the taught motion pattern which demonstrates the superior control ability.

技術規格

在高減速比(減速比>100)之機器手臂,順應教導時省力程度可達 1.4kg-m。

Technical Specification

For a high reduction ratio (>100) robot arm, the operator spends less efforts (can be 1.4 kg-m lower than before) during compliance teaching.
