技術簡介

發展國產化自主開發之運載機器人單晶片控制器，以多工平行處理與符合周邊輸入/輸出(Input/Output)數之需求考量後，採用多顆單晶片進行設計開發，並將運動控制、周邊感測器接收處理、擴展功能用可程式控制器（Programmable Logic Controller）等不同工作程序，分散於三顆單晶片各別進行處理，可滿足不同廠房之實際應用情境。

Abstract

An embedded controller for automated guided vehicle is developed. For the purpose of multi-tasking processing and input/output requirements, the multiple single-chip microcomputers are adopted to deal with motion control, sensor data receiving and function of programmable logic controller. The above processes are separated to three single-chips respectively to satisfy the practical applications.

國產化運載機器人單晶片控制器，運用多核心之硬體架構並整合演算法韌體開發進行平行運算，可同時控制4組馬達、96組I/O接口與連結不同周邊，為國內目前唯一針對運載機器人開發之核心控制器。
