技術名稱: LED多通道檢測技術

技術簡介

開發LED多通道檢測自動化驗證平台,藉由導入LED彈性導電探針陣列、多通道電性量測及控制模組與微型積分球及光譜量測技術,以平行檢測的方式同時檢測多顆LEDs 的光與電特性,大幅縮減LED的檢測時間,提升檢測效能。且光特性檢測方面與國家標準度量衡實驗室合作,建置標準校正流程,使光特性檢驗標準可追溯國家標準。

Abstract

An automatic multi-channel LED inspection platform is developed. By means of elastic conductive probe array, multi-channel source measurement meter, control module, integrating sphere and spectrometer, the opeical and electrical properties of several LED dice is tested simulatneously and parallelly. The inspection tact time of LEDs is decreased significantly. The specification of optical testing cooperated with National Measurement Laboratory, was established standard operation process, so the testing specification can be traced to National Standard specification.

技術規格

四通道同時檢測LED光強度、發光光譜分佈、峰值發光波長、光譜半高波寬、色度座標、主波長、相關色溫、晶圓缺陷等;LED檢測速度每顆晶粒平均50ms。

Technical Specification

Four channels simultaneously inspect the luminous intensity, spectral power distribution, peak wavelength, full width at half maximum, chromaticiy coordinates, dominate wavelength and correlated color temperature of LEDs.Average inspection speed: 50ms per die.

技術特色

以彈性微機電探針陣列同時接觸多顆LEDs,四通道電源量測模組同時供應電源點亮LEDs以進行電學特性量測,以微型積分球陣列與光譜儀快速檢測LED光學特性,同時檢測多顆(目前同時點亮4顆)LEDs的光強通量。

應用範圍

多通道LED檢測應用範圍,大致可分為五大類: ‧ 固態照明檢測:LED、OLED、LD等發光元件之快速EL及IV量測。 ‧ 光通訊元件檢測:砷化鎵磊晶片檢測光特性及IV量測。 ‧ 感測元件檢測:光學感測元件感光特性及電性量測。 ‧ 生醫光電檢測:特殊穿透、反射、吸收頻譜快速量測。 ‧ 顯示技術檢測:光學膜光學特性量測、觸控元件無視化檢測及電性四線式檢測。
