技術名稱: iRoadSafe智慧道路安全警示系統

技術簡介

「ITRI V2X System Solution (iRoadSafe)」為 國際首套V2X完整系統解決方案,結合WAVE/DSRC (Wireless Access Vehicular Environments/ Dedicated Short Range Communications)車用短 距通訊、微波雷達,可於路口與高速公路匝道等易肇 事路段偵測可能發生危險之車輛,透過RSU (Roadside Unit)路側設備與OBU (Onboard Unit) 車載機之間的即時通訊,提供駕駛人行車安全之預警 能力。此系統同時搭配電子看板,可提供所有用路人 行車安全警示,達到降低車禍肇事率之效果,是台灣 迎接智慧車聯網時代的最新技術。

Abstract

ITRI V2X System Solution (iRoadSafe) is the “First” system solution in the world, combining WAVE/DSRC (Wireless Access Vehicular Environments/ Dedicated Short Range Communications), and microwave radar to provide traffic violation warning for drivers. Drivers can receive the traffic violation warning by real-time communication between RSU (Roadside Unit) and OBU (On-Board Unit). The iRoadSafe system further integrates CMS (Changeable Message Sign) to warn “All” road users even if none of the road users are OBU equipped, overcoming the market penetration challenge of V2V devices.

工研院V2X安全警示系統案為首套符合美國V2V Mandate應用趨勢以及歐洲ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems)需求之系統產品,透過車對 車、車對路通訊即時交換資訊,提升車輛對環境的感 知能力,提供駕駛者擁有路口防撞警示 (Intersection Movement Assist, IMA)、路口左 轉安全警示(Left Turn Assist, LTA)、緊急電子 煞車警示(Emergency Electronic Brake Light, EEBL)、前方防碰撞警示(Forward Collision Warning, FCW)以及危險路況警示(Road Hazard Signalling, RHS)等行車安全之預警能力。

Technical Specification

ITRI V2X System Solution (iRoadSafe) is the first V2X solution that conforms to the US specification for V2V mandate and EU ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) requirements. iRoadSafe provides FCW (Forward Collision Warning), EEBL (Electronic Emergency Brake Light), IMA (Intersection Movement Assist), LTA (Left Turn Assist) and RHS (Road Hazard Signalling) to avoid the potential traffic accidents.

技術特色

創新結合路側通訊設備、路側偵測與路側看板,不但可偵測未裝機的車輛行車動態,提供有裝機車輛車內警示,更可透過 電子看板提供所有用路人行車安全警示,有效克服V2X市場初期裝機普及率問題。 iRoadSafe integrates with RSU, microwave radar and CMS that provides V2X warning information for “All” road users, overcoming the market employment problems of V2V devices. 1. Support extensive set of Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) safety applications 2. Support extended warning abilities using roadside Content Management System (CMS) 3. USDOT Connected Vehicle Reference Implementation Architecture (CVRIA) compliance 4. CAMP Vehicle Safety Communications - Applications (VSC-A) and SAE J2945/1 “On-board Minimum 5. Performance Requirements for V2V Safety Communications” compliance 6. RSU-Enhanced V2V: Convert radar coordinates into standard GPS format and broadcast over SAE J2735 BSM with position accuracy < 0.5 m, providing V2V information for any detected objects, like vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. 7. V2X Management Platform: provide synchronized information of OBU/RSU, radar, traffic light and predefined even (warning/collision) on an integrated interface for real-time monitoring of the intersection. 8. The user can also reconstruct each even from a list with online statistic and analysis tools 9. RSU Provide local Message Services(SAE J2735 BSM/SPAT/MAP in 10Hz) and remote UDP Services: Provide generated BSM, SPAT and CMS warning status, received BSM and in-vehicle warning status from nearby OBUs
