技術簡介

利用口服多層膜包覆peptide藥物技術，保持peptide藥物於胃腸道之活性，延長胜?藥物於小腸滯留時間，並經由載體將peptide藥物遞送過小腸壁，達到有效胜?藥物之血液濃度。

Abstract

The multiple layers delivery technology maintained the bioactivity and prolonged the residue time of the peptide in the gastrointestinal tract which provided the oral formulation of the peptide drugs. The carrier delivered the peptide pass through the intestinal wall and achieved the therapeutic peptide plasma concentration in vivo.
