開發可接支生物分子之奈米氧化鐵,以MRI影像提供應用在體內細胞追蹤與體外細胞純化分離

Abstract

Synthesize iron oxide nanoparticles that can conjugate with biomolecules and provide MRI images for in vivo cell tracking and in vitro cell sorting

具有COOH官能基之奈米氧化鐵,粒徑60~90 nm,r2>200 mM-1s-1

技術特色

本技術目前可穩定產出修飾過之氧化鐵奈米微粒並具有高核磁鬆弛性(high magnetic relaxation),提出高對比的MRI影像,可以與特定抗體接支及辨識細胞
