技術簡介

本技術在於開發一內視鏡手術輔助顯示器，使該顯示器穿戴於醫生的頭部，並將手術影像，病患的生理資訊畫面藉由光學設計的手法，構成一虛像置於眼前，該虛像畫面可隨時保持在醫生的正前方，因此醫生可依照手術情況的需求，而調整頭部、手、身體的位置與角度，達到符合人體工學的手術情境，以便利醫生進行手術。

Abstract

ITRI have developed an endo-surgery direct view display (ESDV) device that fits on the surgeon‘s head. A image from an endoscope is directly brought by the ESDV to a projection display just inches from the surgeon‘s eye. This new device not only provides the surgeon with a clear line of sight to the display but also places the surgeon at the center of the procedure. Its see-through design allows surgeon to see around and surgical wounds through the on-demand image. Instead of looking over one shoulder to see a TV monitor, surgeons can now orient themselves as if they were looking straight into the wound. The result is less confusion about which direction is up and down, left and right.
