技術名稱: 有機固體物水解方法及其裝置

技術簡介

本提案揭露一種有機固體物水解方法及其裝置,有機固體物水解方法係包括將有機固體物與具有多個奈米氣泡的奈米水混合,並形成一有機液體,該奈米氣泡內有一可燃氣體;以及對有機液體施以一超音波,可使奈米氣泡產生額外的氣穴效應。前處理裝置則是應用於一具有一厭氧處理槽的有機固體物處理系統,厭氧處理槽具有厭氧生物,以產生可燃氣體,前處理裝置則包括一奈米水產生器、一反應槽和一超音波產生器,藉由上述之方法與結構,本提案利用奈米氣泡來增加額外氣穴效應產生的機率,並藉由可燃氣體增加氣穴效應產生衝擊力的效果。

Abstract

This disclosure discloses a method for hydrolysis of biosolids and device thereof. The method comprises steps of mixing biosolids and nanobubble water to obtain an organic mixture, and apply ultrasound to the organic mixture to generate cavitation effect. Nanobubbles in the nanobubble water contain combustible gas. The device is a preliminary device being used for a biosolid treatment system that has anaerobic microorganisms, wherein the anaerobes generate the combustible gas. The device comprises an nanobubble water, a reaction tank and an ultrasonic generator. The disclosure achieves better hydrolysis efficiency of biosolids and enhances explosive power of cavitation by using nanobubble contained combustible gas.
