技術名稱: 一種處理高鹽度濃縮廢液之方法

技術簡介

一種處理高鹽度濃縮廢液之方法,包括摻混污泥餅與待處理之高鹽度濃縮廢液以形成含鹽之污泥混合物;以及脫除該含鹽之污泥混合物之水分,形成含鹽之乾燥污泥。該方法係利用污泥餅摻混高鹽度濃縮廢液,再脫除水分形成乾燥污泥,使濃縮廢液中的鹽分積存於乾燥污泥中。相較於利用蒸發濃縮裝置處理高鹽度濃縮廢液之方法,本發明之方法係利用污泥餅摻混高鹽度濃縮廢液,不但可節省設備建置的空間,同時能夠減少處理程序與成本。

Abstract

A method for treating high-salt containing wasted liquid, which comprises mixing a dewatered sludge cake with the high-salt containing wasted liquid to be treated so as to form a sludge mixture, and drying the sludge mixture to obtain a dried sludge. According to present invention, the high-salt containing wasted liquid is treated by mixing with a dewatered sludge cake and the following drying process so as to form dried sludge. Compared to the conventional method of the evaporation, the present invention provides an efficient and low-cost method for treating the high-salt containing wasted liquid with a sludge cake.

技術規格

經過第一段加熱乾燥後,含水率介於50至60重量%之範圍,經過第二段加熱乾燥後,含水率介於1.5至2.5重量%之範圍,水分去除率可達97重量%以上。

Technical Specification

After the first stage drying, the water content of the sludge mixture was in a range from 50 to 60%, and after the second stage drying, the water content of the sludge mixture was in a range from 1.5 to 2.5 wt%. Accordingly, water removal rate was more than 97 wt%.

技術特色

利用經脫水污泥餅摻混高鹽度濃縮廢液,再加熱蒸發水分形成乾燥污泥,使濃縮廢液中的鹽分積存於乾燥污泥中。
