技術名稱: 塑膠基材上之耐刮膜層材料與製程技術

技術簡介

應用有機無機奈米複合材料之技術,研發出保護軟性OLED元件在組裝與運送過程中及在未來應用時避免產生刮傷之耐刮材料,使OLED元件可維持原有之光學特性。此耐刮材料之設計上,使用高分子樹脂具有一定強度與柔韌性之鏈段以確保其具有優異之可撓性,並使用奈米粒子提供其尺寸安定及耐刮之特性。

Abstract

An organic and inorganic hybrid material was developed and coated on the surface of this sample to provide a anti-scratch function for flexible OLED display, so that the OLED element can maintain their optical properties . This scratch-resistant material contain two main compositions, one is the polymer chain with a good strength and flexibility to ensure its superior flexibility, the other is the nanoparticles to offer dimensional stability and scratch resistance properties.
