技術名稱: 透明導電塗料及薄膜技術

技術簡介

以高長徑比單層/雙層奈米碳管為材料,透過分散技術建立以及分散劑系統與配方設計,開發可應用至roll-to-roll濕式塗佈製程之具高導電/高透明性的導電塗料,並可結合奈米金屬線進行複合導電結構設計,具可應用至觸控面板、顯式器與軟性電子等產品應用的潛力。

Abstract

Transparent conductive film technology primarily adapts single-walled carbon nanotube with high aspect ratio as raw materials. With the construction of dispersion technique and formulation design, conductive inks suitable for roll-to-roll coating process is developed. In addition, conduction film could be further combine with metal nanowire to provide superior performance. This technology could be potentially applied to touch panel, display, and flexible electronics.

技術特色

1.高長徑比一維材料分散與高導電配方技術,有效降低奈米碳管或奈米線材間之接觸阻抗。 2.結合墨水物性調控,可應用roll-to-roll濕式塗佈製程。
