技術簡介
奈米無機顏料粒子的分散,在墨水市場廣泛受到注意,因為其耐候性優越特性,慢慢的被應用在各種戶外的裝飾藝術品。然而在製作過程中,因為粒子本身的吸引力以及高比重,導致分散困難及益沉降,不易安定與不沉降於溶劑中,因此如何藉由分散劑控制奈米無機顏料粒子的大小、穩定性以及有效提高濃度為本研究合成無稽顏料分散劑之目標。
Abstract
Digital image glass is a rapid-growth market because of long life-time outdoor decoration and high-resolution images in demand. Inorganic pigments are widely used as they are light and heat stable and can be sintered into glass at tempered temperature. To make stable inorganic pigment dispersions for inkjet ink formulation is the key to meet the requirement of digital image tempered glass. In this study, we have demonstrated a brush-type dispersant, consisting of an epoxy backbone and JeffamineR brushes, can stabilize ceramic pigments in an ECO solvent by the anchoring between dispersants and pigments.

Technical Specification
According to our design, the epoxy/JeffamineR dispersants possess hydroxyl groups in the backbone and amine groups in the tails, where the binary anchoring sites were screened as dispersants for preparing inorganic pigments. performance of the dispersants which are hydrophilic or hydrophobic was decided by the amine which was reacted It works that using ether / alchol as the solvent to prepare inorganic pigment dispersion.
