技術簡介
粉體之表面特性對粉體的物性表現、分散特性與光學行為有著顯著的影響。本技術究係利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(Scanning Electron Microscopy, SEM)、X光能量色散光譜(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy)、X光粉末繞射儀(X-ray Diffraction Spectroscopy)、逆向氣相層析-表面能分析儀(Inverse Gas Chromatography-Surface Energy Analyzer, IGC-SEA與吸油量標準檢測法量測,如: 粉體結構與型態、成分與晶體結構、比表面積與吸油量、粉體表面能與酸鹼特性…等等。建構粉體表面特性分析技術,提供粉體混合分散配方與製程參考,加速粉體分散液與墨水的開發時程。
Abstract
ISurface properties of particles paly a very important role in performance . we utilized Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)、Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray Diffraction Spectroscopy (XRD)、Inverse Gas Chromatography-Surface Energy Analyzer (IGC-SEA) and standard analysis of oil absorption to analyze surface properties of particles, such as shape/morphology, element components/crystalline, specific surface area, quality of oil absorption, surface energy and acid/base property。taking the benefit of the technology of particulate surface analysis, the development of pigment dispersions and inks can be accelerated by quickly screening dispersants and recipe.

成功製備高銀含量(30wt%)、高均勻性(D100/Dave=1.5)、低沉降速度(0.07 mm/day)、類牛頓流體(n=0.95)之奈米銀分散液。
