技術名稱: 軟性透明薄膜封裝膠材

技術簡介

OLEDs封裝材料與封裝製程技術能否有效阻隔水氣與氧氣滲透,是會影響到OLEDs壽命的一項重要的因子,因此我們實驗室建立了軟性薄膜型封裝材料,並且已經通過了OLED的可靠性驗證,OLED封裝材料可以是完全符合OLED的要求。

Abstract

An important factor affect the lifetime of OLEDs is effectively blocked the penetration of water gas and oxygen. Thus, our laboratory had established the flexible thin-film sealing adhesive for OLEDs, and they had been passed the reliability verification of the OLEDs. The performance of the thin-film sealing adhesive could be fully be compliant with the requirements of OLEDs.

技術特色

本技術為一種有機電激發光元件用薄膜式封裝膠材,此薄膜封裝膠材可轉寫至不同的封裝蓋上,之後再與下板進行貼合封裝,且此膠材能夠通過FlexUp取下製程。除此之外,膠材在封裝時不會對有機電激發光元件產生不良的影響,因此能夠抑制有機電激發光元件暗點的發生。 The technology is a thin-film encapsulating adhesive for flexible organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) sealed. This thin-film sealing adhesive may be transferred to a different sealing lid, and then the sealing lid is bonded with the OLEDs’ backplane. Thin-film sealing adhesive had been passed on the FlexUp de-bonding process. However, the thin-film sealing adhesive would not only attack the OLEDs, but also inhibit the dark points at the OLEDs.
