技術特色
本技術為利用化學還原合成法製備一微結構之奈米銀線,經由提高材料之長徑比,塗佈於透明基材上,可得穿透度> 95 %、片阻值< 100 Ω/□之透明導電薄膜。此材料技術可應用於觸控面板、軟性電子、顯示器以及太陽電池等產業。
Silver nanowire with 1-D structure is synthesized by chemical reduction process. The prepared transparent conductive film based on silver nanowire possess high transparency (95 %) and low sheet resistance (100 Ω/□). This material can be used in several industrials such as touch panel, flexible electronics, display and solar cell.
