技術簡介

開發高長徑比之奈米銀線, 提供高透明度 (≧88 % T@550 nm on PET ) 與高導電度(≦60 Ω/□)之薄膜電極材料,建立下一世代之軟性透明電極材料技術。

Abstract

Development of high aspect ratio silver nanowire providing the conductive film materials with high transparency (≧ 88% T @ 550 nm on PET) and high conductivity (≦ 60 Ω/□) makes the establishment of flexible transparent electrode material for the next generation technology

技術特色

本技術為利用化學還原合成法製備一微結構之奈米銀線,經由提高材料之長徑比,塗佈於透明基材上,可得穿透度> 95 %、片阻值< 100 Ω/□之透明導電薄膜。此材料技術可應用於觸控面板、軟性電子、顯示器以及太陽電池等產業。 Silver nanowire with 1-D structure is synthesized by chemical reduction process. The prepared transparent conductive film based on silver nanowire possess high transparency (95 %) and low sheet resistance (100 Ω/□). This material can be used in several industrials such as touch panel, flexible electronics, display and solar cell.
