技術簡介
本技術為應用有機無機奈米複合材料之技術,研發出保護軟性OLED元件在組裝與運送過程中及在未來應用時避免產生刮傷之耐刮材料,使OLED元件可維持原有之光學特性。此耐刮材料之設計上,使用高分子樹脂具有一定強度與柔韌性之鏈段以確保其具有優異之可撓性,並使用奈米粒子提供其尺寸安定及耐刮之特性。
Abstract
This technology and inorganic hybrid material was coated on the surface of this sample to provide a anti-scratch function for flexible OLED display, so that the OLED element can maintain their optical properties . This scratch-resistant material contain two main compositions, one is the polymer chain with a good strength and flexibility to ensure its superior flexibility, the other is the nanoparticles to offer dimensional stability and scratch resistance properties.

技術特色
本耐刮保護層為紫外線硬化型及以濕式塗佈工法來製作的,故製程溫度為小於 70℃,可視基材之型態選擇狹縫或刮刀或浸泡或旋鍍或噴塗等塗佈方式來對產品之表面作耐刮處理。
The scratch-resistant protective layer is processed by wet coating and UV-curing methods, so the processing temperature is below 70 ℃。 A slit die or comma or dip or spin or spray coating method can be feasible depending on the shape of substrate to be treated.
應用範圍
顯示器用之光學保護膜,建材、傢具、3C產品等表面之耐刮塗層。
