技術名稱: 冷凍空調AC變頻器與系統控制器之結合設計研發

技術簡介

目前冷凍空調業界有許多壓縮機,尤其是較大型系統還是使用AC壓縮機,在使用上及維修上的方便廣為業界所接受,所以本次的研究目標是AC壓縮機變頻器與系統控制器合併設計商品化之研製。由於可以節省購買變頻器的成本,預期未來潛在市場龐力。目前業界的慣用做法是泛用型變頻器與自行研發的系統控制器結合以做為冷凍空調設備的變頻控制,但是泛用型變頻器的價格昂貴,因而影響產品的銷量。因此本研究的目標是去除泛用型變頻器,改用自行研發的變頻器,同時與原本的系統控制器進行結合設計。如此不但成本可降低一半以上,同時體積縮小三分之一,使用功能上去除了許多複雜參數的設定,也增加了使用方便性。

Abstract

Many AC compressors still are used in refrigeration and air conditioning industry widely, especially in the large capacity system, because of easy operation and maintenance. Thus, this study aims at AC compressor inverter and system controller integrated design and commercialization in order to reduce the price of the HVAC product using varied speed compressors. An universal inverter combining with self-developed system controllers is common technics currently. But the universal inverter is expensive and abates the sales of products. A self-developed inverter is substituted for the Universal inverter in this study, and also merged with the system controllers. The results comes out that both cost and size can be reduced; moreover, it is easier for user because this method removes the procedure of complex parameters settings in an universal inverter.

1.Used in hermetic reciprocating or scroll compressors 2.compressor supply voltage is three-phase 220V 3.output power range of compressors is 1-5HP 4.Applicable HVAC control system is one-to-many type temperature controlled and pressure-controlled type 5.Protection functions include low-voltage alarm, high-voltage alarm, over-temperature, over-current and instantaneous high-power alarm.

技術特色

從事冷凍空調產業的技術人員所學習的技能主要是冷凍空調的系統設計,以及簡易的自動控制,對於變頻系統的控制法則除特殊研習人員外,大都相當陌生,因此本合併設計的商品化研製,也解決了使用上的困擾,可謂使用方便與降低成本一舉兩得。
