技術名稱: 金屬網絡觸控元件

技術簡介

近年來,觸控技術發展趨勢除走向「輕薄化」外,「低生產成本」及「大尺寸化」也是各廠商考量之重點。因此,許多替代性材料(如:奈米銀線、奈米碳管等)或製程技術(噴印金屬環等)油然而生;其中,最受注目的技術為金屬網絡結構所製作之觸控感測元件。利用導電材料製作成金屬網絡結構並應用於觸控元件具有高透光性、高導電性及低生產成本等優勢,具有取代傳統使用ITO為觸發電極之潛力,目前國內觸控廠商,包括:介面光電、宸鴻及洋華等公司紛紛投入金屬網絡觸控元件之研發及量產。 目前工研院機械所成功開發凹板轉印製程技術之關鍵組件及材料,相關技術成功整合並在玻璃基板兩側印製Rx及Tx金屬網絡結構,形成23吋金屬網絡觸控感測元件,相較傳統製程,其可降低30%以上之生產成本。

Abstract

In recent years, touch technology, which trends toward "thin and light", the "low cost", and "large size", is considered as the focus of various manufacturers. Therefore, many alternative materials (such as: Nano silver wire, carbon nanotubes, etc.) or process technology (printing metal rings, etc.) have grew up spontaneously; One of the most high-profile technology is touch sensing elements made of metal network structure. Using conductive materials as metal network structure possesses the advantages including high transmittance, high conductivity, and low production cost etc. and it has potential to substitute transitional ITO for trigger electrodes. Current domestic touch vendors including JTOUCH, TPK, YOUNGFAST, and other companies have invested in research, development and production for metal network touch components. MSL ITRI successfully develop the critical components and materials of gravure and offset printing integrated the related technologies to fabricate Rx and Tx metal network structure on the both sides of glass substrate for 23 inch metal network touch sensing element. Comparing with transitional processes, gravure and offset printing can be reduced by more than 30% of the production costs.
