技術簡介

本發明提供一種分解揮發性有機物之觸媒,包括:一中孔洞材料;以及一銀金屬,擔載於該中孔洞材料。本發明另提供一種分解揮發性有機物之方法。

Abstract

A catalyst for decomposing volatile compounds is provided. The catalyst include a mesoporous material and silver carried thereby. The invention also provides a method for decomposing volatile organic compounds.

技術特色

1.本發明係有關於一種觸媒,特別是有關於一種分解揮發性有機物之觸媒及方法。 2.銀金屬表面易吸附氧而具有氧化特質,而過渡金屬氧化物亦具有吸附氧及進一步提供氧給銀而促進VOCs之完全氧化之能力。本發明乃基於此一特性,設計製作出一以銀金屬及過渡金屬氧化物擔載於中孔洞之觸媒材料,可將VOCs分解並氧化為二氧化碳及水的觸媒。值得注意的是,在此觸媒存在下的氧化反應可於低溫條件下進行,有效解決了傳統高溫焚化之耗能及衍生之二氧化碳排放的問題。
