技術名稱: 生質物熱利用技術-固態廢棄物焚化熱利用處理及廢氣防治技術

技術簡介

固態生質物包含範圍廣泛,如一般與事業廢棄物、農工業廢棄物、有機污泥、…等都在其範疇內。上述固態生質物均可直接應用於旋轉窯焚化爐、鍋爐及工業燃燒爐等作為主要燃料,或與其他現有燃料混燒,可產出蒸氣做為熱利用或發電,屬於生質能的一種。 旋轉窯焚化爐是多功能性焚化爐,可單獨或同時處理氣體、液體和固體等不同型態及不同性質之廢棄物。旋轉窯爐體為一稍微傾斜(傾斜角度一般為1~5?)之圓柱形爐體,廢棄物可藉爐體轉動,而達到往前移動以及增加攪拌效果,並使之混合均勻之目的。 本技術開發的焚化熱利用處理技術即是以旋轉窯焚化爐作為固態廢棄物熱處理,並包含後端排放廢氣防治,以達到空污排放標準,為一整體解決處理系統。

Abstract

The types of solid biomass include the extensive range from general and industrial waste, and agro-industrial waste to organic sludge etc. Solid biomass as mentioned above can be directly applied to the rotary kiln incinerators, boilers and industrial furnaces as major fuel, or mixed with other fuel to produce steam for generating heat or electricity. Overall, this kind of energy is a category of biomass energy. The rotary kiln incinerator, a multi-function incinerator, can individually or simultaneously handle different types and characteristics of gases, liquids and solids. The rotary kiln incinerator consist of a slightly inclined cylindrical tube (angle of inclination is generally 1 ~ 5?), and movement of the cylinder facilitates movement of waste and increases the effect of agitation and mixing fully. This technology was developed by thermal incineration treatment technique based on the application of the rotary kiln incinerator and solid biomass waste, and it also includes back-end emission control in order to meet the air pollution emission standards. For developing a complete processing system, our department invented am industrial waste treatment rotary kiln incinerator system, and the features of this system include: (1)Automatic feed, push and expel ash: convenient operation and maintenance; saving manpower. (2)Automatic furnace pressure control, flue gas leak-proof instrument, automatic temperature control, high incineration efficiency (gas retention time > 2sec), high secondary incineration efficiency. (3)Design feature: semi-automatic ash mining hopper to prevent ashes scattered. (4)Air pollution prevention and control design features: ?Dioxin: activated carbon injection system; adsorption efficiency above 85%. ?Particles: dust collector bag filter; dust removal efficiency of 99% or more. ?Acid gases (SOx, HF, HCl etc.): spray acid removal tower (alkaline absorbent react with acid gases); acid removal efficiency> 95%. (5)The system operate at a temperature above the dew point to reduce material corrosion problems after handling flue gas temperature above the dew point, and there is no white smoke troubled nozzle characteristics. (6)Corrosion and abrasion resistance; no blocking problem; byproducts was dry powder; low water consumption; no additional water treatment; convenient operation with high stability; easy maintenance.
