技術名稱: 高效率室內空氣清淨技術

技術簡介

一般空氣清淨機,多以HEPA濾網及活性碳濾網來處理空氣中之粒狀與氣狀污染物,但是壓損大、吸附飽和、氣態小分子污染物去除率差、微粒阻塞使用壽命短是其顯著的缺點。本技術將採用特殊設計的低壓損微粒去除技術及常溫觸媒技術來取代HEPA及活性碳濾網,不僅微粒去除率高、壓損低,同時不會有吸附飽和及小分子去除效率差之問題。

Abstract

General air purifiers mostly use HEPA filter and activated carbon filter, to remove airborne particulate and gaseous pollutants, but there are problems of the high pressure drop, absorption saturation, poor gaseous pollutant removal of small molecules, etc. This technology replaces the HEPA filter and activated carbon filter by a particle removal technology of low pressure drop and a catalyst which decomposes pollutants at room temperature. It solves problems of the high pressure drop, absorption saturation, poor gaseous pollutant removal of small molecules, etc.

Technical Specification

To replace the HEPA filter and activated carbon filter by a particle removal technology of low pressure drop and a catalyst which decomposes pollutants at room temperature.

技術特色

低壓損微粒去除技術對於<2.5μm(PM2.5)之微粒有>90%之收集效率,而壓損只有傳統HEPA之1/2。 而常溫觸媒技術則可以在常溫下分解氣狀污染物,沒有一般活性碳網吸附飽和及小分子去除效率差之問題。
