技術名稱: 矽晶太陽電池氧化磷表面鈍化技術

技術簡介

藉由利用氧化磷層之電池表面鈍化技術,來提升電池Voc,同時做為電極局部摻雜源,降低接觸電阻,達到提升電池效率的目的。

Abstract

The open-circuit voltage of solar cells were increased by surface passivation effect of PSG layer. This PSG layer also could use for the doping source under electrode, to reduce contact resistance and improve solar cell efficiency.

技術規格

加入標準太陽能電池製程,提昇效率約0.2%。

Technical Specification

this technology can be combined to the standard solar cell process and enhance the efficiency for around 0.3%.
