技術名稱: 發電與儲能系統整合及關鍵組件技術開發

技術簡介

熱交換器材料,需考量高溫操作環境與SOFC電堆熱膨脹係數匹配之效應,建議使用Inconel 600合金。後燃器外殼材料,在後燃器具有隔熱材料阻絕位置之外殼材料可選擇使用成本較低之SUS 316或SUS 310不鏽鋼材來製作。 熱交換器與後燃器在模擬升溫狀態操作條件下,熱交換器陰極空氣側出口溫度可達523 ℃,空氣量可達150 L/min;再者,在模擬負載狀態操作條件下,熱交換器陰極空氣側出口溫度可達772 ℃,空氣量可達150 L/min。 SOFC發電系統於全負載運行狀態之BOP組件消耗功率約100 W,以富氫燃料(氫/氮=40 %/60 %)進行系統測,試獲得最高系統直流輸出功率約1181 W,燃料利用率約81.22 %,系統效率約42.28 % (LHV);改以甲醇燃料(重組氣經鈀膜轉換為氫氣,再以氮氣混合,氫/氮=40 %/60%) 進行系統測試,獲得最高系統直流輸出功率約1123W,燃料利用率約78.35%,系統效率約35.55 % (LHV)。

Abstract

The heat exchanger material, however, thermal expansion coefficient must be matching with SOFC stack and the Inconel 600 alloy is suggested in this condition. Then the choices of material for after burner that the low cost material as SUS 316 or SUS 310 can apply in the thermal insulation. The heat exchanger and after burner in the condition of simulation warm-up, the air outlet temperature of cathode side can reach 523 ℃ and the air flow can reach 150 L/min. Furthermore, the condition of simulation loading that the air outlet temperature of cathode side can reach 772 ℃ and the air flow can reach 150 L/min. The SOFC power generation system under full loading condition, the energy consumption of BOP components is about 100 W. The maximum DC output power is about 1181W and the fuel utilization is about 81.22 % on the condition of using rich hydrogen fuel (H2/N2 = 40 %/60 %). And the system efficiency is about 42.28 % (LHV). In addition, the maximum DC output power is about 1123 W and the fuel utilization is about 78.35 % on the condition of using methanol fuel (the reforming gas is purified by Pd membrane converting to hydrogen and mixing with N2, H2/N2=40 %/60 %). And the system efficiency is about 35.55 % (LHV).
