技術簡介

智慧綠建築工程，提供建築節能產業具一致性且有完整國內產業資料庫的實用化雲端能源分析平台。為國內首創且可實際增進建築改善設計，並可與實際建築改善工程進行驗證，達成淨零耗能建築工程之技術。

Abstract

Smart green building construction supports a cloud platform to detail estimate the building energy end-use. It is the first platform to improve building energy performance in Taiwan and its estimated results is the key index to achieve the zero energy building.

六類創新技術資料庫:建築外殼、照明、空調、熱水、低碳排、其他機電系統；參考建築模型建置108種。

技術特色

1.全國首例以能源地圖模式分析住商建築節能策略以及線上混合式空間建築模擬、全年建築能耗估算、空調尖峰負荷估算、契約容量估算等輸出模組。快速建立能源模型技術而可示範於各類建築。 2.台灣參考建築模型建置共108種，提供29種內建於OpenStudio資料庫 。 3.可直接導入淨零能耗創新技術，實現淨零能耗建築
