技術名稱: 冷凝裝置及其除濕裝置

技術簡介

應用於吸附除濕機(desiccant type dehumidifier)中的冷凝裝置,必須具有極佳的冷凝能力,在有限的空間體積中將高溫高溼再生氣體與常溫氣流進行熱交換,快速的將再生氣體中的水氣冷凝排出。因此與常溫氣流接觸的熱交換面積,冷凝管壁的熱導係數以及再生風量值,皆對冷凝滴水能力具有極大的影響。同時為了兼具市場競爭特性需求,冷凝裝置必須具有質輕、低製作成本、可快速大量製作的特性。本專利以塑膠射出成型薄壁式塑膠中空管構成冷凝裝置,由分隔支架板形成交錯式熱交換流場(cross-flow-type condenser)的陣列構型設計,增加常溫除濕氣流與中空管內高溫高溼再生氣流進行熱交換面積及降低壁面熱阻係數,提高熱交換冷凝效應,達到除濕冷凝應用目標。

Abstract

The present invention provides a condenser and dehumidifier using thereof, wherein the condenser has a condensing module for providing enough space for the high temperature and humidity regeneration airflow passing there through to proceed heat exchange with dehumidified airflow from the outside environment, and for exhausting humidity condensed from the regeneration airflow rapidly. In one embodiment, a plurality of hollow pipes, assembled to form an independent flowing channel respectively, are arranged with a specific interval there between by a separating plate so that the condensing module with cross-flow characteristic can be formed to increase the heat exchanging area between the dehumidified airflow and regeneration airflow and reduce the heat resistance coefficient so as to improve condensed effect during heat exchange.

本技術最高可提升有效流道面積比達62%,比傳統設計提升一倍,同時以薄壁圓管形成陣列式冷凝盤管構型,可降低壁面熱阻,效提升熱傳效應。

Technical Specification

In present invention, the high performance condenser of dehumidifier is constructed by plastic tubes with thin wall thickness which thermal resistance is lower. The maximum improvement of effective heat exchanging area of condenser is about 62% than the conventional condenser.

技術特色

傳統塑膠熱交換器以開模製作,管壁厚度、管徑及、熱交換面積及材質皆受到很大的限制。本技術以射出成形製作薄壁陣列是冷凝盤管,最高有效流道面積比達62%,比傳統設計提升一倍,冷凝裝置熱傳效益( )可提升至0.8,突破現有傳統冷凝盤管的限制,進一步提升轉輪除濕機的除濕能力。
