技術名稱: 多軸移動監控平台設計技術

技術簡介

現今產品特色大多朝向微小及精密化發展趨勢,因此對於製程、組裝與檢測精度要求也越來越高;隨著精度提高,傳統運用人工作業方式已經無法達到業界需求。本技術係利用機械視覺(Machine Vision)及影像處理(Image Processing)整合XXY對位運動平台所開發之先進自動化技術,亦即利用機械視覺透過擷取設備取得影像資訊,再將資料利用電腦進行影像處理,得到標靶中心之座標,計算後傳送運動命令給三軸致動器執行對位動作。

Abstract

In recent years, most of the products towards the development of miniaturization and precision, so as for the requirements of fabrication , assembly and testing accuracy are getting higher and higher, the manual operations have been unable to meet the standards of the industry, gradually are replaced by automation technology and the uses of machine vision and image processing integrated into XYZ position alignment stage. Image data is captured by the camera, and then the computer image processing is applied to get the data, and the motion commands are transmitted to the actuator finally.

技術特色

XXY平台是一種微距式的移載定位平台,大量使用於工業用途,經常應用於有預定位置的控制系統中。本技術將機械視覺(Machine Vision)及影像處理(Image Processing)資訊轉化成平台對位調整控制命令,大幅提升對位精準度。
