技術名稱: CIGS太陽電池之硒化後硫化技術

技術簡介

藉由硒化後硫化技術,可提升CIGS太陽電池開路電壓(Voc)、填充因子(FF)及轉換效率(Eff)。

Abstract

Sulfurization after selenization technology can improve the Voc、FF and Eff of CIGS solar cells.

技術規格

1.開路電壓>550mV。 2.填充因子>65%。 3.能隙1~1.3eV。

1.Open-circuit Voltage >550mV。 2.Fill factor>65%。 3.Energy gap 1.0~1.3eV。

技術特色

可藉由調控硫化程度來滿足所需的開路電壓、能隙並提升轉換效率,具有均勻性佳、製程穩定優點。
