技術名稱: 可撓式CIGS太陽電池模組串接技術

技術簡介

應用創新設計電池圖案,以導線帶電性連接相鄰電池的上、下電極,達到在模組單側完成電池串接的效果。降低電池間距與匯流條寬度,因而減少封裝材料成本,可應用於可撓式CIGS太陽電池模組製造。

Abstract

Utilizing a novel monolithically integrated electrode design, the adjacent solar cells can be electrically connected by a commercial conductive ribbon. By reducing solar cell spacing and busbar width, the material cost of the flexible CIGS module could be reduced significantly.

技術特色

單面導線帶太陽電池串接結構可以解決現有金屬基板CIGS太陽電池串接製程的交互串接導電帶應力、電池間距、匯流條電阻、導線帶接觸電阻、背面高阻值層等技術困難。本技術具有電池間距小、電池密度高、大面積化容易等製程優點,可以有效突破技術困難與現有專利障礙。同時可協助材料商發展串接結構整合材料與製程工法,落實商品化技術開發。
