技術名稱: 致冷加熱裝置

技術簡介

本發明專利提出一個可保持長時間冷藏溫度及同時儲熱在儲熱材料中的飲料瓶。此裝置可提供外出時需要保持低溫飲品的環境,可避免一般市售保溫瓶放置過久後溫度與外界達到熱平衡導致飲品敗壞的情況。此飲料瓶包含:熱電晶片、相變化儲熱材料、真空隔熱之保溫瓶主體、導通上下冷熱容器之流道。其主要運作方式為利用熱電晶片通入電流後兩端分別產生熱及冷的現象,利用冷端做飲品的保存,而熱端排放熱至儲熱材料內,可達到不需額外強制散熱,並可因為相變化儲熱材料的高潛熱值,減少所需的體積和重量。因此可簡化外出時所需攜帶之部品,減輕旅遊時的負擔。

Abstract

This invention is a bottle which has cold temperature preserving container and heating container simultaneously. It could provide a low temperature environment to avoid beverage rot. It is consisted of thermoelectric module, phase change material, thermos-like vessel, and the connection between cold and hot container. Thermoelectric module absorbs the heat in the cold container to preserve the beverage and emits the heat to the phase change material in the hot container. Phase change material’s high latent heat could reduce the amount the cooling process needed, so it can simplify and reduce the loading during the trip.

技術特色

此容器利用熱電製冷模組可同時致冷與加熱特性,保持乳品在可保存之溫度,並可儲存在運作時熱端端產生的熱,避免能量的浪費,並達到快速加熱的功能。

應用範圍

1.嬰幼兒在外出時所需的乳品(母乳或牛乳)或飲品的儲存及食用。 2.冷飲(汽水等不可加熱之飲品)的外出保存。 3.溫咖啡、奶茶等需熱飲之飲品的加熱裝置。
